Love After Marriage (LAM) is a ministry of Barry and Lori Byrne of Redding, CA.  They host several workshops a year all over the country.  Many couples who attend and experience the transforming power of God in their relationships choose to facilitate LAM groups in their own home churches.  The Engage Ministries leaders have been trained by Barry and Lori and are pleased to offer this workshop as an extension of their ministry.  The following is taken from material on their website loveaftermarriage.org

What is a Love After Marriage workshop?

LAM was origianally created as an eighteen week, 36 hour program.  Throughout the workshop Barry and Lori model and emphasize truthfulness, vulnerability and intimacy in every area of marriage.  As a workshop, LAM provides a comprehensive experience including:

Teaching emphasizing spiritual, emotional, and sexual oneness

Intimate discussion between couples

Valuable interaction within a "chosen" small group

Opportunities to learn and practice tools that not only bring breakthrough but also a lifestyle change

Holy Spirit directed prayer and prophetic ministry within the small groups and between couples that facilitates advancement growth for many

Couples who volunteer for "Couples Coaching" in front of the class choose to allow the leaders and Holy Spirit to coach them in some of their most personal needs and greatest strongholds.  

Homework activites and devotionals establish healthy and intimate relational habits within the home
